Relatório de Estágio : MOBINOV - Associação do Cluster Automóvel

Abstract

O presente relatório pretende descrever e refletir sobre o trabalho realizado durante o estágio curricular na MOBINOV – Associação do Cluster Automóvel, enquanto parte integrante do plano de estudos do mestrado em Gestão do Instituto Politécnico de Gestão e Tecnologia (ISLA Gaia). Logo após a introdução do trabalho e consequentes objetivos, será apresentada uma análise teórica dos conteúdos, que contextualizará a parte prática do trabalho. Esta análise teórica debruçar-se-á sobre temas abordados ao longo do mestrado e aprofundados durante o estágio, interligando-os entre si. Assim, o foco principal da revisão bibliográfica será a gestão de projetos e comunicação. Serão igualmente abordados temas como Cluster, a Indústria Automóvel em Portugal e Scenario Planning. Após uma breve introdução da empresa, será apresentado o plano de trabalhos e sequentes tarefas realizadas durante os últimos meses, bem como a sua utilidade e mais-valia enquanto primeiro contacto profissional com a área de estudo. Finalmente, a apreciação do Estágio e relação com o mestrado têm como objetivo ilustrar o que foi discutido anteriormente e evidenciar o dinamismo e a polivalência das tarefas propostas, demonstrando que os gestores podem exercer a sua profissão nos mais variados cenários. This report aims to describe and reflect on the work carried out during the curricular internship at MOBINOV – Automotive Cluster Association, as an integral part of the study plan of the master’s degree in management of the Polytechnic Institute of Management and Technology (ISLA Gaia). Soon after an introduction of the work and consequent objectives, a theoretical analysis of the contents will be presented, which will contextualize the practical part of the work. This theoretical analysis will focus on topics addressed throughout the master's degree and deepened during the internship, interconnecting them with each other. Thus, the focus of the literature review will be project management and communication. Topics such as Cluster, the Automotive Industry in Portugal and Scenario Planning will also be addressed. After a brief introduction of the company, the work plan and subsequent tasks carried out during the last months will be presented, as well as its usefulness and added value as a first professional contact with the area of study. Finally, the appreciation of the Internship and its relationship with the master's degree aims to illustrate what was previously discussed and to highlight the dynamism and versatility of the proposed tasks, demonstrating that managers can exercise their profession in the most varied scenarios.
