| Resumo: | This article examines the process of co-decision in the European Union. The aim is to relate the modified procedure after the Lisbon Treaty in 2009 with the ultimate purpose to increase transparency in the legislative process in the European Union level. Also examines the important role played by the lobbyists in this whole political framework. |
