Os Direitos dos Animais – efabulação ou realidade?

Abstract

Tendo por premissa a imperatividade de proteger os animais, neste artigo reflete-se sobre o modus operandi desta proteção, nomeadamente se o caminho deverá construir-se através da personificação dos animais ou trilhando diferentes rumos, procurando contribuir para o debate sobre o estatuto jurídico dos animais.

Based on the premise of the imperative to protect animals, this study reflects on the modus operandi of this protection, namely whether the path should be through the personification of animals or following different directions, seeking to contribute to the debate on the legal status of the animals.
