A problemática jurídica dos animais nas práticas religiosas: idolatria ou sacrificionalismo

Abstract

O tema da liberdade religiosa é, em si mesmo, um desafio de extrema complexidade. Acrescentar a esta ampla polémica, gerada pelos diferentes entendimentos da forma de se expressar, esta mesma liberdade religiosa e as suas manifestações com o bem-estar e defesa do bem-estar dos animais, empurra-nos para um leque de desafios intelectuais, que ultrapassam a singularidade de um único olhar. Esta problemática inculca, no mundo jurídico, o necessário redireccionamento dos princípios constitucionais e legais.

The subject of religious freedom is, in itself, an extremely complex challenge. Adding to this broad controversy, generated by different understandings of the way of expressing oneself, this same religious freedom and its manifestations with the well-being and defense of the well-being of animals, pushes us towards a range of intellectual challenges, which go beyond the uniqueness of a single look. This issue inculcates, in the legal world, the necessary redirection of constitutional and legislatives principles.
