| Resumo: | Article refers to the problemacy of the chosen aspects of demographic and social development in European Union with focus on development in Slovak Republic. Conclusions of above listed themes are used as a base for brief analysis of the situation at the labour market. The last part of the article deals with diversity management as one of the possible solutions of present as well as future labour market situation. |
